Product descriptions and images
We describe our storage and accessories as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes can appear differently on different screens, and there is some variation between production batches. Small differences between an image and the item you receive are normal and not a fault. Where a supplier does not publish a specification such as a material or a weight limit, the product page says so rather than estimating one.
Installation guidance is general
Any use or care guidance on this site is general advice. Appliances vary, and so do the kitchens they sit in.
